ADA Accessibility

The Ticket Star box office located in the Resch Center has wheelchair accessible windows. 

The Ticket Star box office has twenty assistive listening devices available on a check-out deposit system for select events in the Resch Center. These devices can only be used when the in-house sound system is used for the event being held.

An automated door is located furthest to the west side of the main entrance for your convenience at the Resch Center. If you're attending a different venue, please go to that venue's website for ADA entrance instructions.

Interpreters for the deaf and hard of hearing are available by request at least three weeks in advance. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests. However, it will depend upon the availability of a qualified interpreter.

If you now need a ticket for the ADA accessible areas in the venue you are going to, but did not at purchase time, please call Ticket Star in advance to see if you can be accomodated. The number is 800-895-0071 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. M-F. Otherwise, if need be, call the venue you are going to if this is the day of the event.
