TicketStar is a regional ticketing company owned and managed by PMI Entertainment Group, Green Bay, Wisconsin. It is the official ticketing company of the Resch Center, Meyer Theatre, Weidner Center, Kress Events Center, Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center and more! Northeast Wisconsin residents look to TicketStar as their entertainment resource.
If you are interested in purchasing a ticket for a TicketStar event, we have a number of ticketing options. Tickets can be purchased online, by phone or in person.
Purchasing tickets online
Tickets can be purchased seven days a week online at ticketstaronline.com.
They can be delivered to your mobile device. Mobile delivery sends tickets with a barcode right to your phone.You can also choose to have your tickets mailed to the address you provide or put in Will Call.
By choosing mobile delivery, you will receive two emails; one confirming your order and one with your barcoded tickets as attachments.The first attachment is your actual barcoded ticket that will be scanned at event entry. The second attachment is for use with Apple Passbook.
The Will Call option makes tickets available for pick-up at the TicketStar box office located in the Resch Center any business day prior to the day of the event during box office hours. On the day of the event, Will Call will be available at the box office of the venue where the event is happening 60-90 minutes prior to the start of the event. Please note, the person purchasing the tickets online is the only person permitted to pick up the tickets. Photo identification is required. Some events may have Will Call pick-up restrictions.

Purchasing tickets by phone
TicketStar’s call center is open 10am – 2pm Monday through Friday and evenings and weekends when there is an event. Call 800-895-0071.
Mobile ticket delivery options are available when talking with the ticket agent. Tickets can be mailed to the address you provide or placed at will call for an additional fee.
Tickets purchased more than 7 days prior to an event can be mailed unless you designate another delivery option.

Mobile Ticketing

Wallet is only available on iPhone devices running IOS 6 or later.
iPads do not support Wallet, regardless of the IOS version.
In case you do not know what version your iPhone device is, look under settings/general/about/version on your phone.
Your tickets will be emailed to you as a Wallet file which you can then add to your iPhone Wallet.

Will Call
